It has been well stated, I have looked up steel wheels in parts books for 4020 JD's Also case tractors in the 730 / 830 years it was a option. Perhaps not a fact but I was told some religeous types were not allowed rubber tires, but were alowed tractors, similar to the Amish with the no rubber rules.
