Do away with the D21 plugs and get something like a UD16 that heat range uf the D21 was never any go in the old 4 cylinders. When that plug came out back in the 60's it was no good in the old 4 cylinders then I had same trouble with SM one cold day about -10 and wind blowing after about a hour of the farmer not wanting new plugs I but in new UD16's started the tractor and went back to town.
