Just put rings and bearings in it.I drained the oil one day last week ,while the oil was draining I started to work on the pto clutches .Been having problem with them slipping. So to make a long story short I got the wrong oil filter and when I got around to finishing the job forgot about tightening up the pto cluch.beleve it or not if you tighten up the pto to much it will slow the motor down .Went out to day and loosed it back up and it started right up. Now one of the bolt on top of the pto housing is for the pto brake and the other is for tighten up the clutch bans which one does which.I am think the one closest to the tractor is the brake for this is the one I tighten up and the other is for the bans, Is this right.? thank for your help.
