Mike: Just may be you should have been a seller yesterday rather than buyer. Remember that discussion we had a couple weeks back, about my friend who like you was buying at every auction. By the time his late 60s rolled around, he had quite a collection. Problem was his health had reached point, his buying was a case of buying, bringing home and unloading. Five years later municipality moved on him under their unsightly premices act. His children had to come in and clean up. He tells me, he now has to live by new family rules, 1/16 scale models only.
