I've had the problems you describe. They won't stop until you live there, and even then it will take some strong looks to discourage the bolder ones. The police ? well they don't care either. I caught a state trooper hunting on my posted property. he pointed to the chain accross the road and said "well there wasn't a posted sign there". I harrased anyone that came by after dark even had two young fellows arrested. to this day (4 years) you can tell the cars that didn't expect to find someone living there. Note to delinquents. A credit card receipt is signed, dated, and time stamped it will hold up quite well in court. ALWAYS know WHERE you leave yours.
