I had a similar situation last year. Some land went up for sale ajoining my fathers property. The only access is from an old county road that runs in front of our house. We talked to the person that bought the land and said that there had been problems with trespassing in the past. after a few months of problems with tresspassers us and the other land owner decided to take a bond out on the road and close it. after a few weeks a path appeared around the gate and the owner blamed me. a few weeks later was turkey season and i hunted on the edge of the two properties. after about a hour he walked accoss the field to me with a gun and told to get off his land. with the temper i have some things were said that should hae not been, but i left. a few days later i caught him on or property hunting and i confronted him but claimed the deedsaid it was his property, and some four wheeling paths apppeared from his side of the property to ours. so i felt that i could ride on his, well he decided that was wrong and he shot at me several times, one actually hit my tire. he went to jail for a while for attempted murder, but i was not charged because i was a minor. now we are having problems with dead livestock and missing items, and are tied up in court every month with no answers. we have tried everything but nothing ever happens in the legal system. i guess some neighbors aren't as eager to help as they seem.

He owned a small sawmill for sawing "baccer" sticks. The Super A was the powerplant. When I was old enough (7 or 8), I would get up early and be dressed to
