Confused, I believe the cutter deck skirt was modified to admit the brush to what was formerly the rear of the cutter, now the front as the cutter was pushed. It, like the Georgia Power cutters you mention, would cut anything it could push over. This was a very heavy duty rig. As to the single wheel stability, this was not a problem in the Mississippi Delta. Most all farm tractors at that time were tricycle or single front and most of the land is flat. Harold H
