Jake: 300 and 400 tractors came standard with 2 valves unless it had fast hitch, in which case it had 3rd valve standard for hitch. 3rd valve had to be ordered as an option without fast hitch. My dad bought a new 300 with 2 valves. Dealer added the third valve as he wanted to be able to use his remote cylinder without disturbing loader set up. It is not a big job to add the valve. I had watched IH dealer do my dad's. From that I was able to help a friend do the same years later. If you go to a tractor wreckers just make sure you get the lever, linkage and the right plumbing. Plumbing on those was rigid tubing, one went to rear of tractor and one each to right and left side. Just make sure you get the one you don't have. They are a bit like a Chinese puzzle.
