IVE HAVE USED A SMALL TRANSFER PUMP AND ABOUT 5 GALLONS OF DIESEL FUEL ,PUT ONE END OF A DOUBLE END HOSE IN BUCKET W/ FUEL IN IT PUT OTHER END IN TOP OF SHIFTER HOUSING AFTER REMOVING SHIFTER . CIRCULATE THE FUEL THRU TRANS. BACK INTO BUCKET .YOU COULD PUT AN OLD SCREEN WINDOW OVER BUCKET TO CATH ANY BIG STUFF ,THEN LET DRAIN OVER NITE ,FLUSH W/ SOME CHEAP WALMAT OIL ( 4-5 QUARTS ) ITS KIND OF LIKE A MOBILE PARTS WASHER , GOOD LUCK
