here is a couple ideas maybe they will work maybe they won't. find a piece of 1 1/2" pvc pipe and duct tape it to your shop vac and see if you can suck it out. as a last resort as long as it doesen't have gas in it you could try to burn it out. submurge the tank in a larger tank of water and use a propane torch to start the fire. you can allways use the cap to smother the fire [control the oxegen]. as long as you keep the tank from getting extreamly hot it won't warp. if your fire gets out of hand you already have water present to put it out. just a couple ideas!
