706 gas Farmall cranks, but won't start

I have a 706 gas Farmall that ran fine at the end of last season. It would start right up with the push of the button. It sat over the winter outside without being started, and now it will crank, but won't even try to fire. I changed the plugs, wires, points and condenser last year, and it ran great. I pulled the plugs when it wouldn't start the other day, and they were all fouled out, so I sanded and wiped them off, but no luck yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
