Thank you very much for the description. My plow doesn't have any springs attached to it, only this 'Y' shaped part that attaches to the front of the tractor behind the square hole on the right ide of the tractor. Then my plow attaches to the end of that "Y" piece. You'll have to excuse me for not knowing the exact part names. Then I have this pitch lever that raises or lowers the angle of the point of the plow. Which I think is what you were saying is the common part missing. I have it. After sizing it all up, it appears that I'm only missing the part that controls the left/right motion of the disc (pizza cutter) that is on the plow itself. Why would the disc need to move left or right, there isn't much play in it as it is?
