Sean, What's the setup with the tractor? If it's a live PTO, you won't need an overrun clutch. Odds are a tiller won't generate enough momentum to drive the tractor forward if it isn't a live PTO. The other side of things is that you would probably do well to install a slip clutch in the PTO shaft. A big rock could bring the tiller to a dead stop and do nasty things to the tractor. A slip clutch lets the PTO drive in the tractor keep turning relatively normally for a time -- and can avoid some expsenive broken parts.
