Thanks guys for the suggestions. I do have an IT manual I will have to read up on the govenor dampner. The radiator cap is new. And thanks Gene I will recheck timing & wiring. My rotor is pointing to 1:00 position when # 1 cylinder is TDC. Is that correct ??? I will have to reread manual also. I will get a infra red pyrometer from work tommorow and check temp. Thanks guys for the suggestions. If you have any other ones they would be appreciated. Thanks Again !!!
