I usually don't complain, but when you use all caps, particularly in a long post, it is hard to read. As the other post says, you must use the correct tightening sequence, start in the center and work out, 10-20 foot lbs at a time. The correct torque value is 80 ft lbs. You can verify this on www.weberstractorworks.com. The C 113 is hard to seal. Get your gasket from Case-IH, this is one item that is superior to the aftermarket. Use either a thin coat of copper coat on both sides, or 100% silicone, it can be the same stuff you caulk with. Don't use too much, just a thin coat that covers 100% of area. Be sure you don't install the gasket upside down--easy to forget.
