Knock or Miss in 300

My 300 just got a knock in it after I changed the oil. I use 30w low ash golden D oil. When I first changed it it was fine and went to work and had to leave it for a few days due to rain. Now I have a knock or a miss back through the air intake. It doesn't sound like a rod or bearing and is great starting. Any help or ideas? Thanks Jeff
