To start with we are not talking about the whole fuel bill, just the difference between auto and gears and yes they are saving enough money hiring inexperienced drivers, to pay for the added fuel. As for driver qualifications, you would need to see plates to pick em out. Just because a guy can obey the law doesn't mean he knows how to shift an 18 speed.
