Listen well to the other post. Your ears will be the key, nothing may show visibly. Hook to your implement, if it is a pull piece not 3pt, be straight inline. Then engage PTO at lower RPM & listen for sounds in the rear end housing, if no grinding or clunking is heard, slowly increase RPM to max throttle, listen for noises as you do so. If you hear no noise then field test implement. As before start at lower RPM & increase. (Note) most implements can not be loaded at idle, or engine will stall, start at 1/2 throttle & work up while listening.
