Matt I would not be concerned about that. Since you are revving only at 1,800 max, you should get many hours out of that engine. As you indicated in the email, it sounds like the bearing in #4 did not get installed correctly with the indentations, or that bearing was never replaced. Doesn't make sense why that one had so much wear and the other 3 did not. Still sounds like the bearing got spun. I bet it was real low on oil at some point. Anyway, LET ER RIP!
