Please Help! Super W6 wheel removal

I worked all day yesterday trying to get the wheels off my Super W6 to replace the axle seals.Under the cap that holds wheel on to axle it had several years of rust. I tried penetrating oil and heat with a hydraulic jack behind it against the drawbar brace and it hasn't budged. Any helpful suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thankyou, Mark B
