I removed the wheels from my W-9 a couple of years ago with a homemade puller. I used a steering wheel puller fitted to a 3 foot 2 X 4. Drilled a hole for the forcing screw and put bolts through the outer ends of the 2 X 4 that went into the holes for the wheel weights. Applied enough force to almost break the 2 X 4 and then tapped on the wheel with a sledge. Came off slowly but surely. Good Luck
