Farmalldan & Bob M, thanks for the replies. I will try repositioning the Lift-All tomorrow, I have the Lift-All lever secured back with a piece off all-thread and yes my 4 way remote valve is ahead of the Lift-All Sys. I also suspect it's the Hyd. pump, wanted a little more input before I spend the bucks for a new pump. Thanks!
