I would prefer a narrow front any day to a wide front.The narrow fronts turn so much better and shorter. Myself I have never seen or heard of any proof that a wide front is any safer on the hills than the narrow front. If you are in a position where those rear wheels are going to go over, that wide front is not going to stop you! Farmed many years on hills with narrow fronts.
