Some Regular Questions

Looked at tractor that is for sale. Appears to be a Regular that is in pretty bad shape. I'm guessing it is froze, manifold and rear wheel's shot. Has a make shift loader on it with p.t.o. driven hydralics and a battery box on it for an H or M (with no lid but appears to be good). Couldn't find serial number anywhere. It had open steering gears and a Regular looking gas tank and oil filter. Strangely it had an F-20 looking air breather, manifold (with updraft exhaust and hole in the hood), and a 4 speed transimission (or atleast the gear shifter would shift into 5 slots). I guess my questions are 1. What is it worth? 2. Was any of the F-20 looking stuff ever released on the Regular? I mean why would you put an F-20 air breather, transmission, manifold, carb, and hood on a regular? Doesn't make much sense to me. If you had a good Regular and an F-20 with a blown engine (which is the only thing that makes sense) why wouldn't you put the engine off the regular in the F-20? I always thought that all the changes from factory accured upon the release of the F-20. After seeing some posts on here and looking at this tractor has got me thinking that maybe perhaps I am wrong on that.
