The 200 is I think the same a C or Super C regards the steering gear. If you have had out the worm gear and the worm wheel (steering gear) and inspected the bearings, can't see what else would be wrong. If you replaced the big seal on bottom of the main steering shaft, you would have to have had the bearings out. However as you describe the problem, it sounds like one or both of the bearings that support the front end are bad. Also sounds like you have a wide front. Steering gear is the same as narrow front which I have. Don't know what effect the wide front would have.
