Guy: I have seen a lot of new Farmall tractors here in Canada. I have never seen anything on any of them about IH Canada in Hamilton. You would see that on implements that were built or assembled at Hamilton. I will not dispute the crawlers as I was never around them. The only item as to location on a Farmall I ever remember was Chicago, Illinois, USA. I believe there was some reference to Rock Island, Illinois somewhere on my 1066. I doubt that many Farmall tractor sold in Canada ever went to Hamilton. I know a guy who trucked a lot of them into Atlantic Canada in the 50s and they were trucked direct from Chicago. That was a mean old trip for a 6 cylinder K5 or K7, pulling a 40' trailer loaded with Farmalls in the 1950's. They used to put the Cubs an SA on crossways and the others were all shipped with narrow fronts. They used to pack on wide fronts, mowers, etc. around the tractors to bring losd up to legal weight.
