The "Sold by IH of Canada" decals were actually put on by the American factories that produced the tractors- they new which ones were going to Canada. The decals didn't seem to last that long in the field- they were separate from the regular decals, usually a white decal that went on the right side of the clutch housing in the W-6 and Super W-6 era, up through at least the 450s. No idea about when they stopped. The decal placement charts for those tractors show the decal locations very clearly, and I've talked to folks who remember them when new. I believe that some of the newer Made In Canada decals were being produced by some of the IHCC members in Ontario- I've got one around here somewhere.
