Both the condensor and distributor wires connect to the terminal provided on the fixed (non-moving) portion of the ignition points. Which coil terminal the wire from the distributor to the coil goes depends on ground polarity of your tractor. If it's positive ground the wire should connect to the coil + terminal. If the tractor is negative ground then the wire goes to the - terminal. However as a practical matter the tractor will run fine and the ignition parts will last as long no matter which way it's hooked up....
