Sue - Guy Guy is researcher/writer/authority specializing in IHC history/product development. Guy is also a occasional participant on this board. However I'll bet he's in Bloomsburg PA for the "Red Power Roundup" this weekend! Back to your Continental motor... I believe the Y69 and it's cousins were long the "standard" power for many mfr's small industrial forklifts. If you need engine parts for your gen set suggest inquiring at the parts dept at your local forklift dealer. With data off the engine tag you may be able to obtain parts directly from their stock.
