If I remember right those were a 16X34 wheel for 18.4X34 tires. They were still used up till the end of the 686/H86 production. If I remember right the bare wheel was part number 530298R1, made by Electric Wheel. It was a distinctive wheel because it was the only rear steel disc wheel IH used with five contact points between the disc and rim. I'm not sure if that part number is old enough to be 460/560 vintage or not. My newest "OLD" parts book is a 300/350 book and My oldest "NEW" parts book is a X66-series book. Since the M/SM/400/450/560/656/666/686 all used 2-3/4" axles the wheel & hub would fit any of those models.
