584 cranking

My new 584 is not cranking, I had the fuel filters drained and was unplugging a clogged line when I tried to start it. The tractor was sounding like the battery was worn down, hesitated to begin cranking but then it did after trying again earlier. I then found the fuel problem, cleared the lines, re-primed the the filters and tried starting and got nothing. No electrical clicks, no cranking, completely dead. Almost like a safety switch was not made although nothing had been moved since my last start attempt. Any help is appreciated. Jeff
