i have to keep the glowplugs on all the time or the engine will die, i have wired 10 ga wire and hook directly to battery, then i run my battery charger off my gas generator and then start the diesel, it runs smoothly but when i accelerate above 1/8 throttle it loads up and will die if i dont let off the throttle 5 seconds after i shut off glows it will die, yes i staggered the rings and it feels like i have great compression, what should i have, how much valve recession is allowable? help im at wits end, dennis
