300 Utility Tractor

Gentlemen, I am looking at a 300 Utility. Paint is rough,front grill bad(do not know where I would ever find a replacement),lights missing,wire gone.It was recently overhauled 2000,used very little since. Fast hitch,also 3-point,TA works excellent,tack functioning. The pto is constantly turning. Is this fixable? Cost? Bottom line, what is it worth? I live in Wisconsin. Also, the rear tires are bad.
