I inherited a 140 with Fast Hitch. It also had bouncing hydraulics. I did buy both the owners and repair manual from IH. I adjusted the linkage from the control levers to the hydraulic unit and that solved the problem. I think that the books did not specify that as a cure for the bouncing condition, but having nothing else to try, I followed the book adjustment procedure exactly.
