PGNS: You are getting fine grains of rust coming through the screen in sediment bowl, thus plugging your carb over and over every time you clean it. Add an inline filter as Pawnee says that you can see through and tell what is going on. After you use the tractor for 6 months or a year the slosh of gas in the tank will have this all washed down and that will end your problem. I went through this with one tractor. When you get the inline filter get one the size of a soup can, so it will have lots of capacity. Take it from an old Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia boy. I see the NS what part.
