I change mine on my H, with 13.6 rubber, by taking a bale of hay, or straw, and taking a piece of 2 x 4, laying the 2 x 4 on the bale, thru the slot in the wheel, slide the weight on the 2 x 4, up to the wheel center, put the bolts in. I have done it this way for 33 years with good results, and no mashed toes, or fingers.
