IH still has the parts however the worm shaft is probably $200. I'd try a salvage yard. If you find a gear you can turn the worn part to the side that isn't used and drop it back on the spleen. If your worm has wear in one spot you can turn the wheels to one side as you screw the worm back onto the gear. After everything is coupled up and you straighten the wheels to straight ahead the gear will be on a new unworn place on the worm. The worn place on the worm and the gear will not be noticible when you are turning the wheels.
