I recently bought a 1977 IH-364. It ran fine for about 10 hours. That's when I noticed the RPMs surging. A few minutes later, the engine stopped and will not restart. I've changed the fuel filter and purged the air from the system, but it still won't start. It appears that fuel is getting from the tank to the to each of the outlets on the injector pump. Is there something I'm missing ? I'm thankful for any help.
