If it will turn over now, it doesn`t need soaked, if it will not turn over now, take the spark plugs out, and fill the plug holes with PB Blaster, let it soak for a day or two, then put it in fifth gear and try to rock it by hand. In case you do not know where fifth gear is, it is all of the way to the right, and back towards the seat. I just brought home an H that hasn`t been run for twelve years, it wasn`t stuck, had it running in less than a day.
