My 200 was doing the same thing!! I remedied it by having new hoses made that reached from the extra valve all the way to the cylinder. It appears to me that the "block" is a relief valve of some sort. I think that mine rusted thru after being covered with crap for a long tyme , much like a bush hog does if ya don't clean the grass clippings from it's deck. I might be wrong , but it might not be needed ? Mine is working fine now . I left the block there for the tyme being. Mark
