Don't think I would do that. Is your seal installed with the lip facing the oil flow? If the shaft has a groove in it, take it to a machine shop and have the shaft rebuilt. Tell them to use a procedure that does not get the shaft too hot so that it loses it's temper. If it breaks, you will ruin the cam gear, not to mention valves, pistons etc. You CAN use a speedy sleeve, problem is, it will have to be installed after the shaft goes through the gears, meaning if you ever have to work on the pump again, the sleeve will not allow you to take it apart. I wasted a $25 speedy sleeve when I found out I could not assemble the pump on my Super H. Don't think your pump is "blowing seals", it is just a simple gear pump.
