Yes. You can just plug these lines off at the block if there just for the heater and it wont affect the circulation of the engine coolant. They may be for an old air conditioner but if your taking off the cab you wont need the AC anymore. And you could also remove the AC compressor if it has one. If they are air conditioning line just be carefull when you cut them there may still be pressurized freon in then. What condition is this cab in? Are the Doors any good? If its an old custom cab like some of the 856,1256's had. I'm looking for a couple of better doors for one of our 1066's That has a custom cabs. This is not like the sloped back Deluxe type many 10/1466's had (That were mostly Painted red on the ones around home) We also have a 1066 with a Deluxe cab. Good luck
