Those are heater hoses. Before you do anything, drain the coolant from the engine, to avoid making a mess when you disconnect them. You have three options- 1- Install pipe plugs in the engine. 2- If your 1466 dosen't already have a coolant heater, you can buy a tank heater and connect the hoses to it. 3- It is very uncommon for a 1466 not to have the add-on coolant filter, but if your's still dosen't have one, you can buy a filter head and connect the heater hoses to it. That's what I did on the 826 we just took the Hiniker cab off of.
