Don't know it all but maybe give some idea. You would need side rails off late 706 that had the D310 or off 756 with D310, the plate that bolts to the back of the block for rear engine mount, I would think front timing cover along with front plate that bolted to the front of the block. I would think trany input shaft be the same has well as PTO drive shaft but part number will tell you that. Can remember if radiator pluming is the same. Some say the D310 starts hard in winter. I never found that to be the case unless they we overhauled getting the valves to seat hard job.with overhaul. But tough engine. Hope this helps some.
