You know I spent 2 winters in Kansas at Ft Riley. In my opinion the winters are worse there than they are in MN. Not colder but when it gets cold here its a crunchy cold and its a dry cold. In kansas, MO, Ind, Ill its a wet icy mess. It goes from 60 deg on monday that turns every thing to mud. Then to 0 deg on friday. Freezing all your tires in the mud. Sat its 35 to 15 with ice rain and the hawk starts to blow across that flat openness as far as you can see. Brrrrrr I think I like it where its just cold.
