I assume what you have is the belly pump for hydraulics. You need to plumb from the pressure outlet on the belly pump to the inlet port of the valve. The return port of the valve should be run into a T on the filler port for the belly reservoir. Pressure outlets from valve will go to quick couplers or whatever you want to left. In order for valve to work you will have to lock back the belly pump valve lever.
