Chris Va, excuse my ignorance, but what is a 1pt mower? Does it have 2 trailing wheels and is it attached to the hitch so that the gearbox on the mower is always in line with the pto shaft? If you have a 3pt hitch, why not just use a 3pt mower? Is a 1pt mower raised/lowered by the hitch or is it done by cranking it up or down like a drag type mower? Is a 1pt mower still made? Thanks for the advice!
