460 and 560 used the same rods. just different pistons and crank. restored mine a couple of years ago and made the 460 into a 560. I would take it to a machine shop and have them bore it to take the oversize sleeves. It might already be at the oversize and someone just put in the standard sleeves. Mine had 4 of the 6 cracked because they were loose. The price not sure but I paid 1000 for mine running. Needed major overhaul after I started to tear into it. I would say 800-1000 depending on the rest of the tractor.
