Actually, I have never seen one, but other posts on this board indicate you have an overrunning clutch, which "disconnects" the pto shaft from the bush hog when you push in the clutch. Your H does not have a live pto, meaning when you push in the clutch the spinning blades on the bush will push the tractor through the transmission, a somewhat dangerous situation. You should replace it, but the pto will work fine without it, but be careful. Available at farm stores, or perhaps your Case-IH dealer.
