Problem With 2-14 IH 3-point Plow

I recently bought an IH plow that's not working
out well.I need to identify itas well as figure out
a problem. It's a two-bottom, 2-14 3-point. The
frame attaches to a drawbar via a couple of
big clamps. When plowing, it just pulls out
from the clamps no matter how tight I crank
them down. It seems like a cheesy setup and I
wonder if it's an adaptation. I bought it at an
auction and there were several other identical
plows for sale. Any ideas, O-IH-Braintrust?
